Construct New Science Building
Upon arrival at the campus, the first thing one will see is the new Science Building, due to its location at the corner of Plattekill Avenue and South Manheim Boulevard. It will enhance student-faculty interactions and provide improved interdisciplinary teaching laboratories and classrooms. Academic departments that will have offices in the new building include computer science; geology; mathematics; physics and astronomy; and geography.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was held on March 9, 2017. The academic departments have moved in, faculty and staff have set up their new homes, and the students are enjoying the new facilities.
