Reopening FAQ of the day

How will the “Mind, Body and Spirit Days” work in the spring 2021 semester?
As previously announced, the spring 2021 academic calendar has been revised and Spring Break (March 15-19, 2021) will be cancelled, as part of our institutional effort to avoid the risks to community health of week-long travel.
The five no-class days will be redistributed throughout the spring semester as “Mind, Body and Spirit Days,” to provide students and faculty with opportunities to take brief breaks from their work, while retaining the state-required number of instructional days.
No class meetings (online or in-person) will be scheduled on the following “Mind, Body and Spirit Days”:
  • Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021
  • Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021
  • Thursday, March 11, 2021
  • Friday, April 9, 2021
  • Monday, April 19, 2021
The “Mind, Body, and Spirit Days” have been scheduled so they do not interfere with Passover and Good Friday observations.
