The Recycling Club, a student-run organization at SUNY New Paltz, is holding the 7th annual Recyclemania competition.  All the residence halls compete against each other to achieve the highest diversion rate…  The residence hall with the highest diversion rate “diverts” the greatest percentage of material from the landfill through recycling and composting.  The diversion rates will be calculated using actual recycling and landfill data collected by residence hall.  Compost data from Hasbrouck Dining Hall will be factored in as well.
