2023 Annual Faculty Report Template
Download the template for the 2024 Faculty Report. The content of the report is very similar to last year's. Please direct any questions to Deb Gould (gouldd@newpaltz.edu) in the Office of the Provost.
This report is due to your department chair by April 1, 2025. After receiving the recommendation of the department subcommittee/committee of the whole, chairs are asked to review and submit the reports of their faculty to their dean by June 1, 2025.
