Francis Cruz is an educational leader with fifteen years of experience serving a diverse population of students from the Bronx and New Rochelle. She specializes in meeting the needs of students with disabilities, multi-language learners, and supporting the whole child through close family and community partnerships. Francis believes mentorship is critical to young professionals and fosters leadership through her work as an adjunct lecturer for Lehman College’s educational leadership program and on the executive board of the Agonian Alumnae Association of Alpha Kappa Phi - Kappa Chapter - SUNY New Paltz.
