- Leads the United Way Volunteer Center of the Mid-Hudson Valley – a program with an annual economic impact of $1 million on the Hudson Valley community
- Initiated a youth development program at Poughkeepsie High school while completing two terms as an AmeriCorps VISTA which engaged hundreds of community members to ensure a successful path for local underserved high school students
- Serves as Community Outreach chair of the Hudson Valley Young Professionals advisory council, co-chair for the Pay it Forward Initiative at SUNY Empire State College, co-chair of the Dutchess County Bringing Agencies Together Coalition, and local board chair of the Orange County Emergency Food and Shelter program
