- As co-chair of the Kingston Land Trust's Kingston Greenline Committee he has helped develop the concept and plans for the Kingston Greenline, a citywide network of rail trails, bike lanes and "complete streets" under development in Kingston, N.Y.
- Assisted with municipal reorganizations throughout New York State, including police department consolidation in Saugerties, N.Y.; dissolution of the Village of Keeseville, N.Y.; and County-Village 911 system in Hudson Falls, N.Y.
