Keisha Parker ’00 (Black Studies) is an attorney at Nicolson Law Group. She has extensive experience in overseeing all stages of complex civil litigation in product liability, construction litigation, educational institution and school liability matters in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. She has managed product liability matters on behalf of manufacturers and distributors of medical devices and various powered industrial machinery, such as drill presses, interior high-speed doors, and commercial food processing equipment. She has also defended automobile manufacturers in high consequence design defect, crashworthiness, and warranty matters. Additionally, Parker handled complex construction litigation defending owners, developers, general contractors, commercial construction management firms, trade contractors, and municipalities in New York State Labor Law claims.
Parker holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law, and a Master of Law in trial advocacy from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. She is also a graduate of the ABA TIPS/ABOTA National Trial Academy. The Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in Personal Injury–Products Defense recognized Parker as a “Rising Star.” Parker was also an inaugural recipient of the SUNY New Paltz 40 Under Forty award.
