Facilities Space Utilization Master Plan
A building condition assessment is being conducted campus wide to determine the state of our facilities. In addition, a programmatic review of the entire campus is needed to analyze the spatial needs and programmatic requirements in relation to each program. This assessment will help to serve as a guide to address how the college uses the space that currently exists and how to plan for the space that the college will need in the future.
A committee comprised of representatives from a diverse cross section of the campus community has been involved in the formation of the new facilities space utilization master plan. The study has been completed and will be used as a templete for future design/construction.
