Complete

Due to the aging infrastructure of the colleges' high temperature hot-water lines (HTHW) that supply heat to most campus buildings, the college has scheduled critical maintenance of the entire system. Phase I of the project, which includes the Hasbrouck Complex from Facilities Operations/Central Heating Plant to the south east quadrant of campus, will begin in May 2007 and is scheduled to be completed in September 2007. Phase II is to follow and will encompass the main campus area. Phase II is scheduled to begin in May 2008 and to be completed in November 2008. Phase III is slated to begin in summer 2008 and to be complete by fall 2009.

Phase I and II are complete. Phase III (Scudder to Bouton) began this spring and is complete. The Capen Hall to Scudder Hall (Parker Quad) restoration took place this fall, including the walkway pavers. The last phase, Wooster Building to the former Library Building will take place next spring/summer.
