Replace Plaza Deck Roof

This project will replace the failing drainage system underneath a 20,000-square foot plaza that surrounds the Atrium and connects the Haggerty Administration Building (HAB) and Student Union Building (SUB). The plaza serves as a roof where Records & Registration and Computer Services are currently located. The pavers will be removed, the leeders/drainage replaced, and new pavers will be reinstalled.
The roof/deck is complete at this time and the green plantings are in full bloom.
