Coronavirus updates

Feb. 1 report on confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the campus community
No new cases to report as of 4 p.m. yesterday

SUNY's weekly COVID-19 testing requirement goes into effect on Feb. 8
Students only need to be tested once between Jan. 15 - Feb. 5
Return-to-campus testing will continue this week for those who have not yet been tested
Our full-time weekly testing schedule begins on Feb. 8

Collective Consciousness exhibition
Less than one week to go before new spring exhibitions open at The Dorsky Museum, including "Collective Consciousness: New Work by SUNY New Paltz Art Faculty." The exhibition features metalwork, ceramics, photography, printmaking, fiber art, film, painting, drawing and several sculptural installations by 21 artists and educators from the Department of Art.

MINOR BLUES COLLAGE - Jazz Ensemble
Student and faculty musicians continue learning new ways of performing together across space and time. In just a few months they have published dozens of videos on the Department of Music's Listen Forward YouTube channel, showcasing the best the program has to offer.
As just one example, this Minor Blues Collage features vocalists Jennifer Poroye, Hailey Brown and Stephanie Voyard and pianist Darius Beckford playing standards composed by Charles Mingus, John Coltrane, Dizzy Gillespie and other jazz legends.
