Let's Talk on Zoom, Wednesdays from 12 - 2 p.m.
If you haven't tried chatting with counselors at the Wedensday Let's Talk sessions, today is a great time to start.
Let's Talk is a more casual option for students who may want support for feelings of stress or frustration, but aren't sure about starting regular therapy. It's offered every Wednesday from 12 - 2 p.m. on Zoom (http://bit.ly/pccletstalk).
No appointment or paperwork is necessary - feel free to drop in for a short, one-on-one session and see what Let's Talk has to offer, and follow the Psychological Counseling Center on Instagram @newpaltzpcc for more resources.
