Student Resilience Project on Instagram
The Student Resilience Advocates (@np_resilience) are a great source for positive vibes and uplifting messages, but they are so much more than that.
This student team has Institute for Disaster Mental Health-training on basic challenges to mental health that are common among college students even in normal times, and worsened for many during the pandemic. Their core goals are to acknowledge and validate these issues; to strengthen resilience and coping skills; to destigmatize help-seeking; and to connect students who need more intensive support to the other essential resources on campus.
