The concentration in classical performance emphasizes individual mentorship from artist-faculty, participation in ensembles in a variety of styles, and opportunities to perform and create music. We challenge our students to collaborate with each other to serve our community and beyond. Our students have presented creative musical projects at Mohonk Mountain House and in New York City at the Abrons Art Center, Roulette Intermedium, Park Avenue Armory and Kingston City Hall. They have traveled abroad to Thessaloniki, Greece to perform at the Byzantine Museum and National Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki.
