SUNY New Paltz has had a long-standing relationship with Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. According to World University Rankings, PUC-Rio is the fourth best university in Latin America. In 2015, we developed a dual diploma program, in addition to our exchange partnership, to bring highly qualified students from PUC-Rio to earn degrees in business from both universities.
