The Dorsky Circle

 

By joining The Dorsky Circle, you play a crucial role in sustaining the Dorsky Museum and furthering its mission. You also become part of a creative group of like-minded art enthusiasts and community leaders who share a will to support and build The Dorsky. We’re excited to spend time with you and enjoy the cultural landscape together with member events throughout the year. Circle Member events include:

  • Exhibition Previews: Private previews of new exhibitions before they open to the public.
  • Artist Studio Visit: Intimate gatherings with featured artists where Circle Members can ask questions and learn about the creative process.
  • Curator Deep Dives: Guided tours of current exhibitions led by curators, offering in-depth insights and opportunities for conversation.
  • Cocktail Receptions: Informal gatherings with drinks and appetizers, allowing Circle Members to mingle with museum staff and other patrons.
  • Cultural Fieldtrips: Trips to other museums and art spaces in the region or NYC for special exhibitions and behind-the-scenes tours.
