For the Dean’s list, the student must earn 12 credits of graded courses or more with a 3.30 semester GPA or higher without an incomplete, repeat or failing grade. Eligibility is determined one time, approximately one week after all grades are entered on the transcript prior to P grade entry. Therefore, if a student elects the P grade, it will not change the determination of eligibility.
For Latin Honors, a graduating student must earn an overall GPA of 3.30 to receive Latin Honors on the diploma certificate. Latin Honors determinations are made one time, approximately one week after all grades are entered on the transcript prior to P grade entry. Therefore, if a student elects the P grade, it will not change the determination of Latin Honors.
