The AYURE grant provides up to $750 to cover expenses for a project conducted during the Fall or Spring semester. It is intended for intensive projects that take the full semester (or longer) and provide students multiple hands-on roles. Applications are usually due in early September (for Fall semester grants) and late November (for Spring semester grants).
The SURE grant provides up to $750 to cover expenses, plus stipends for the student and mentor. It is intended for intensive projects that take 8 full summer weeks and provide students with multiple hands-on roles. Applications are usually due in late March.
This Student Opportunity grant provides up to $200 to cover expenses related to conducting the project or presenting it. It has fewer restrictions than the AYURE or SURE grants, and it is available multiple times per semester.
The RSCA partners with donors to provide three different types of scholarships that can fund students' tuition or project expenses. They are prioritized for students who have won AYURE or SURE grants. Applications are typically due in early April or early September.
