New First-Year and Transfer Students
- Thursday, August 21st
- Students check in at their assigned residence hall between 10am - 5pm or 8:30pm - 11pm
Returning Students*
- Sunday, August 24th
- Students check-in at their assigned residence hall between 10am - 5pm, or 8:30pm - 11pm
* All students who have been registered for classes at SUNY New Paltz in a previous semester are considered returning students, and check in on this day. This includes students who have previously lived on campus, and students who have been previously registered but did not live on campus.
Move-in day instructions will be email to all students the week of August 4th.
