Empowering Leaders: The Hudson Valley Executives Peer Leadership Group
What Is the Executives Peer Leadership Group?
The Executives Peer Leadership Group is a gathering of high-performing leaders from diverse industries across the Hudson Valley. With a focus on both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy, the group helps executives identify and resolve key business questions. Members serve as trusted advisors to one another, fostering a culture of openness, accountability, and mutual respect.
This exclusive group is tailored for CEOs and C-level leaders of companies with a minimum of $2 million in annual revenue and at least 10 employees. Beyond these criteria, members should demonstrate:
- A commitment to strategic growth and organizational evolution
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to share financial performance documents
- Openness to receiving and providing feedback
- Engagement with group content before and during meetings
How It Works
The group combines individual and collective interactions to maximize impact:
- One-on-One Sessions: Every two months, each member meets with the facilitator for one to two hours. These sessions focus on reviewing agreed-upon performance metrics and addressing personal and business growth goals.
- Bi-Monthly Group Meetings: Every other month, the group convenes at a host member’s location from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. These meetings include:
- A review of performance metrics and strategic goals for all members.
- An in-depth presentation by the host member, covering financial and operational insights.
- Collaborative discussions on specific challenges faced by individual members.
- Actionable recommendations and solutions provided by peers.
- Occasional guest speakers to provide external perspectives and expertise.
Investment and Commitment
Membership in the Executives Peer Leadership Group is priced at $4,000 annually, covering the cost of facilitation and catered meals during group meetings. A one-year commitment is required, ensuring continuity and the development of strong, trusting relationships among members.
Meet the Facilitator
Guiding this group is Tim Dean, a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience. As the former CEO and current Chairman of the Board at Marshall & Sterling Enterprises, Tim has navigated complex challenges in operations, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and people management. His leadership extends beyond business into the community, where he serves on multiple nonprofit boards and as Chairman of the Dutchess County Industrial Development Agency.
