Emerging Leaders Mentors (ELMs) are graduated alumni of the Emerging Leaders Program who have been selected to work with the current class of Emerging Leaders. ELMs are peer mentors and are considered role models and are wonderful resources for students in the Emerging Leaders program. They help with workshops, socials, retreats and the end-of-the-year graduation ceremony. Most importantly, these students are just available to answer questions and help an Emerging Leader navigate his/her first year at New Paltz.
