Andrea Carrillo has ten years of experience working with brand creative and marketing teams for B2B SaaS tech companies. Andrea has built her career on creating alignment between creative and marketing, with an emphasis on collaboration and brand strategy. Currently, she leads the brand creative team at Drift, responsible for brand, design, and copywriting.
Carillo graduated in 2013 with a BFA in graphic design and a minor in black studies. She began her career in tech at Autotask as a graphic designer, where she led brand design including corporate brand, event, and digital design. When the company merged with Datto, she continued to work on brand design, from launching a new, combined brand through IPO. Carillo is passionate about design and creative’s strategic positioning within marketing teams, and elevating the creative team's strategic role to add value that helps marketing teams reach business objectives. Outside of work, she loves to travel, cook, and find more rooms in her house to renovate.
