Grants & Programs Manager
Arts Mid-Hudson
Lilia Pérez began her career serving the Hudson Valley artist community when she started at Arts Mid-Hudson in May 2016. As a grants & programs manager, she facilitates a program that distributes arts funding from the New York State Council on the Arts, Dutchess and Ulster Counties, and more. Additionally, Pérez manages the Arts Mid-Hudson Gallery and Community Gallery program which provides showing opportunities to artists in our region.
Pérez has provided guidance to hundreds of applicants, led workshops, and works to strengthen partnerships in our communities through the arts. The greatest joy of her career has been to support artists in expanding their grant writing skills and access funds for their work. She is a practicing artist utilizing photography, textile arts, and sculpture. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
