Bianca Conway has been with Morgan Stanley four years, starting as a regional risk team lead for International Wealth Management and recently transitioned into a sales team position within the BHP Group at the firm. BHP Group is a boutique wealth advisory group catering exclusively to the needs of ultra-high net worth individuals, families and foundations. Prior to this she was a member of the Credit Risk Team at J.P. Morgan for seven years.
In her spare time she competes in Rodeo (barrel racing) events and is active in thoroughbred horse racing. Additionally, Bianca owns a farm which supplements the produce needs of non-profit groups that combat food insecurity within parts of NYC. Through the partnership with these vital organizations, Bianca hopes to increase equity in traditionally undeserved communities with a focus on health and wellness.
