Miriam Ward is an Emmy Award winning producer who spent a decade at MSNBC with The Rachel Maddow Show and All In With Chris Hayes. In 2019, Miriam was selected as a SUNY New Paltz 40 Under Forty recipient. Miriam spent several years working on The Rachel Maddow Show, beginning as an intern while she attended SUNY New Paltz. After college, Miriam spent a year in the NBCUniversal Page Program. Following the NBCU Page Program, Miriam was hired as a production assistant with the Maddow team and went on to become an associate producer before being promoted to segment producer. Miriam most recently worked as a producer for All In With Chris Hayes.
Miriam graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 2015 with a double major in History and Digital Media Production. During her time at New Paltz, Miriam was actively involved in the Honors Program. In 2015 she was awarded the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence. Miriam currently serves as secretary of the SUNY New Paltz Alumni Council.
