Monica Puskuldjian is a seasoned Technical Program Management Leader with over eight years of experience in leading diverse technology projects and programs. She is highly skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies, with a proven track record in strategic planning, tactical execution, and continuous improvement. Monica has successfully led cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams, driven cloud migration initiatives, ERP deployments, and managed large-scale programs with budgets reaching up to $700 million. She began her career in operations in the humanitarian aid sector at the International Rescue Committee, where she developed standard operating procedures for HR, IT, finance, compliance, security, and supply chain processes in 35+ countries for 10,000 staff across six geographic regions. Driven by a passion for gender equality, Monica founded and led the IRC HQ's Women @ Work group, supporting over 300 female-identifying employees. Currently, Monica is a Senior Technical Program Manager for Platform Engineering at a quant hedge fund in NYC.
Monica holds an MBA in Technology Management from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute, an MSc in International & European Politics from The University of Edinburgh, and a BA in Political Science & International Relations (Honors Program) from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Monica’s extensive certifications include PMP, PfMP, SAFe Certified Agilist, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Information Technology, Advanced Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Agile Leader.
