As required under the provisions of the Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Office of Student Conduct does not release student conduct information about current or former students without first receiving a completed Third Party Release Form. Common requests for student conduct information include but are not limited to; academic transfers, graduate study programs, study abroad, and employers.

Once submitted, please allow three (3) business days to complete the request. During the holidays or busy times within the office (application deadlines), the process takes about five (5) business days. For questions, please call 845-257-3260.
