Glynis L. Bunt is currently senior director of cost, rates, and forecasts at Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation in Poughkeepsie, NY. In this capacity, she has overall responsibility for cost of service applications, rate design, tariff administration, electric and gas customers, sales, revenue and load forecasting, electric load research and retail access (customer choice), program administration, and maintenance.
Glynis is a Hudson Valley native who holds an Associate in Science degree in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from SUNY New Paltz, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Marist College. She has been continuously employed by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation since June 1987 in positions of increasing responsibility in the internal auditing, financial planning, and cost and rate divisions. She currently resides in the town of Esopus with her husband and daughter. Incidentally, her daughter attends New Paltz High School where she is enrolled in a college level French course through a cooperative program with SUNY New Paltz. Glynis volunteers time to various community organizations, most notably volunteering with the United Way of Ulster County in various capacities since 1997.

Sharla Carey is the global head of market data, financial reporting, and analysis, responsible for developing strategy, management practices, and controlling the budget and allocation of market data expenditure at Goldman Sachs. Prior to her current role, Sharla was head of the global inventory platform, entitlement risk and control teams, and chief of staff in the market data team.
Before joining Goldman Sachs in 2010, Sharla was a vice president at Morgan Stanley where she was the global market data controller, and also led strategic initiatives in the finance division. She started her career as a systems analyst in the technology division supporting private wealth management and prime brokerage.
Sharla is a member of Women in Technology (WIT) and co-led the Girls Who Code seven week summer immersion program at Goldman Sachs. She is chief operating officer and steering committee member in the Technology Black Network and participates in technology campus recruiting. Sharla earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from SUNY New Paltz.
Kristin Cash-Holland ’05

Kristin Cash-Holland is a healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience working in managed care, hospital, and for-profit healthcare companies. Prior to graduating from SUNY New Paltz, Kristin worked for a locally managed care company, helping to develop and implement the beginnings of a corporate compliance plan. After earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Kristin spent five years in the healthcare practice at Ernst & Young, where her audit clients were some of the largest hospital systems in New York State, and she assisted the Transaction and Advisory Services practice on acquisition due diligence. Since leaving public accounting, Kristin has focused on hospital and for-profit healthcare. She held several finance positions at two Hudson Valley hospitals, including an appointment as the chief financial officer for the bankruptcy and sale of St. Francis Hospital in 2013/2014. At RestorixHealth, Inc., the second largest woundcare company in the US, Kristin oversees the financial operations during a period of double-digit growth.
An annual participant in the Accounting and Finance Symposium at SUNY New Paltz, Kristin welcomes every opportunity to give back to the community and mentor other students.

In her current position, Tammy is responsible for strategic marketing, communications, business development practices, and overall growth strategy for the network of health care communication companies. Prior to joining McCann Health, Tammy was president of the New York office of GSW Worldwide, a global healthcare communications company where she served as the change agent for the transformation into a fully integrated global healthcare communications company. Her 28 years of experience encompass healthcare agency communications, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, and patient engagement.
Myra Kressner ’76

Myra Kressner has 38 years of publishing and marketing experience focused in the retail and foodservice industries. After beginning her publishing career in 1976 at a New York-based firm publishing 30 consumer titles, Myra found her niche in trade media and communication in 1978 at Lebhar-Friedman, Inc., a leading trade publisher. In 1981, Myra co-launched Retail Insights and Retail Marketing Group, publishing and consulting businesses as an early pioneer, establishing the value of electronic media and relationship networking. In 1990, Myra co-founded CSP Information Group, which would become the convenience and foodservice industries leading media company. After building an impressive portfolio innovating media in print, web-based, and conference/trade show communication, CSP Information Group was sold to Winsight Media in 2012.
In January 2016, Myra started Kressner Strategy Group (KSG). With over 30 years of knowledge and expertise cultivated by strong relationships, KSG brings value to the marketplace by developing and facilitating strategic engagement for suppliers and operators in the convenience and foodservice channels.
Myra graduated cum laude from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English. She serves on the SUNY New Paltz Foundation Board, and resides in Bayside, NY and Stockbridge, MA.
