Payments are made through your Loan Servicer. Your Loan Servicer is responsible for servicing your student loan(s), therefore, you should always keep your contact information updated with them. In addition to other services, your Loan Servicer helps you to select the appropriate repayment plan that fits your needs, they send you your bills and process your payments. If you are having a hard time paying your loans, it is important that you contact your loan servicer, they are available to help you.

To find out who your Loan Servicer is, you can do so by visiting the Federal Student Aid website. You will also be able to view other information about your loan(s) such as balances, interest (if applicable), status, and more. To access this information, you will need to log in using your FSA ID and password.
For any Federal PERKINS LOAN that you received here at SUNY New Paltz, your Loan Servicer for that loan is the SUNY Student Loan Service Center (http://slsc.albany.edu). You may contact them directly with any questions or concerns that you have about repaying your Perkins Loan.
