Mission

The Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion staff aims to develop and support the capacity and growth of our most important resource -- our employees. We seek to be a strategic and collaborative partner with all divisions of the University to attract, find and retain diverse and talented individuals who are committed to serving the New Paltz mission of excellence. Our integrated approach aspires to create opportunities where we can support and sustain the well-being of people through inclusive organizational and cultural practices, development of leadership, as well as effective business practices, that inspire learning and strengthen a dynamic campus community.
