Student Health Service provides primary care to registered students at SUNY New Paltz. This involves caring for acute medical problems including respiratory infections, gastrointestinal upset, skin conditions, urinary tract infections, vaginitis, STIs, injuries, stress induced illness, and chronic illness not cared for by other primary care providers, etc. You are expected to be knowledgeable about health problems common to this population.
