TIMELINE FOR THE RESIDENT ADVISOR POSITION

General Interest Meetings
January 30th, 2025 - Meeting will be held in-person at 9PM in the Awosting Hall first floor lounge.
February 4th, 2025 - Meeting will be held in-person at 9PM in the Bouton Hall main lounge.
February 5th, 2025 - Meeting will be held virtually at 9:30PM on Webex

RA Application Deadline
Applications will open on January 27th and must be completed online at no later than:
12pm on Friday, February 7th

*** After completing the RA application, candidates will receive a link to schedule an interview for the week of February 17th – February 21st. The interview link will be provided on February 7th by 3PM ***
***The link will be active from 3pm on February 7th - 12pm on February 13th. Students will not be permitted to choose an interview after 12pm on February 13th and will be removed from the selection process.***
Letters of Reference Due
Letters of reference must be emailed as an attachment in PDF format to raselection@newpaltz.edu** no later than
12pm on Tuesday, February 20th
**Please write the following in the email subject line: “Reference for: applicant first and last name”
First Round Interviews
