Parking Ticket Appeal Policy
Appeals may be submitted via the online appeal form. An appeal must be submitted within 10 business days of the receipt of the ticket. Notification of a decision on appeal by the Hearing Officer will be done electronically/by mail. If the alleged violator fails to appear at the time and place fixed for the hearing, or should no hearing be requested, an appropriate penalty shall be imposed. PLEASE NOTE: Checks should be made payable to "SUNY NEW PALTZ."
